ღ~•●♥The Mysterious Messenger (Part-21) - Signs of Life ♥●•~ღ
I reached there on time and started looking around for others. Suddenly my gaze stopped on a girl standing outside cafe. She was wearing black apparel. It was the same dress “My Piya” wore when she met me first time. Same height, same body structure. Is she “My Piya???” Really??? I went near to her, put my shaking hand on her shoulder and said, “PIYA” It took her a few nanoseconds to turn around but it felt me like years. I went deep down in my memory lane. The first time we met, she was so perfect, so charismatic, so poised, and so young. I still can’t forget those eyes. It was the wonderful moment I re-lived again and again and again. She turned around and said, “Yes!!! “ She was PIYA… Piya??? I looked into her big black eyes in disbelief. I kept looking at her. “Why is he gaping at me like this??” Piya asked herself. “Haven’t he seen a girl in years? I thought he is the guy who isn’t interested in me but now look at the way he is looking at me.” “Hey, what happened to you?” Piya shook my shoulder and asked with a little anger in her tone. I woke up from a deep sleep. She was not My Piya. She was just Piya. I found myself staring at her from last few minutes. “Nothing” I nodded my head with a sinking feeling and shifted my gaze on the entrance of café. “Where are others?” I asked trying not to look at her. “All are in the café. Avantika went to a medical shop so I was waiting for her.” She replied. “Let’s come. She will come by herself.” I walked inside. The ambiance inside was very cheerful. Many people, loud music, properly lighted and one thing that was noticeable was the painting on the wall. It surely was a party place. My cell phone beeped. "NO SENDER NAME" “Learn to understand the signs of life. Love is on your way” I read it.

ღ~•●♥The Mysterious Messenger (Part-20) - Hanging Out ♥●•~ღ
“Do it fast Avi. We are already late for the Adi’s birthday party.” Piya said while applying mascara on her eye-lashes. Avantika was Piya’s rommie. “We’ll be on time sweetheart, don’t you worry.” Avantika interrupted, not paying heed to what Piya said. “Tell me how that new guy who sat besides you today was? I heard that Delhi guys are very romantic.” “Huh, Romantic?? He is strange. He didn’t even exchange a glance with me the whole day.” Piya said while blinking her big black eyes. “Can you imagine this??? A guy sitting besides ME doesn’t even look at me.” “Will he come in the party tonight??” Avantika asked teasingly. “Is he invited?” “Who cares? Hey where is my favourite shade of lipstick.” Piya said irritatingly. “It must be in your handbag sweety” Avi smiled. Girls’s handbag can carry a world in it and if they need anything from their purse, it takes them a minimum of 15 minutes of searching and then they finally dump the whole purse out to find it. So did Piya. She turned it upside down. All the contents scattered on the table. Piya found her lipstick and Avantika found something else. “Hey Piya, Look… what’s this???” Avi cheered excitingly waiving a tissue paper in her hand. “A Love Note, for you???” “Uhh…one more. This is the 12th in last 5 days” Piya tee heed and took it from Avi’s hand and read it loudly “I Love You PIYA” “Keep it in the cupboard with the other elevens and let’s rush to the party” They giggled and rushed towards their car. “OmiGawd…I panicked. I slept on the chair. Its Adi’s birthday today. I’ve to rush to the party. I got ready hurriedly. We planned to meet at Café Mondegar. It was 40 minutes drive from my hostel. I took the local train route to reach faster. Mondy is a great hang out place for youngsters. It’s a place decorated nice interiors wall art and dim lighting makes it look ancient. I reached there on time and started looking around for others. Suddenly my gaze stopped on a girl standing outside cafe. She was wearing black apparel. It was the same dress “My Piya” wore when she met me first time. Same height, same body structure. Is she “My Piya???” Really??? ღ~•●♥The Mysterious Messenger (Part-19) - My Piya Is With Me♥●•~ღ
My cell beeped. A sms flashed. The sender's number did not appear on the screen. I was amazed and frightened as it happened to me earlier [refer Part-11]. I opened the message “No body can harm you because I m with you. I love you too my baby ♥” I couldn’t believe that it was her message. “My Piya” messaged me???? It made my blood run cold. It was very hard to believe for anyone that a dead person can send you a message. I read that message at least 10 times to make myself believe that this all is real and I am not dreaming. My hands were shaking badly. I felt her presence. The order of coffee was ready but my feet were frozen with fear. I regained my consciousness when Vyom shouted from the table to bring coffee. I started to walk towards them with slow steps. Many things were running in my mind. When I was near to the table, I felt somebody pushed me from behind. I couldn’t control myself and the very next moment coffee mugs were in the air. All the coffee spilled on the table and some on Piya’s white kurta. She yelled with anger, “You STUPID, look what have you done???” and snatched tissue papers from my hand. I thought I am done for. Everybody laughed out boisterously except Piya and me. I was looking at her and she was cleaning her kurta with tissues. Vyom couldn’t control himself and was almost rolling on the floor. The bell rang. After recess session was about to start. Everyone got up to go to the classroom without eating. Piya put the rest of tissues in her bag. “Those who dig wells for others fall in the same well” Vyom said while walking towards floor classroom. He was laughing like anything. Piya gave him a furious look and went towards the classroom. “What has happened there” I asked him out of curiosity, “Why were you saying those who dig well…….????” “Piya mixed chilly powder in your burger.” He revealed. "O Mi Gawd" I mumbled, So this was the meaning of her message. “Nobody can harm me because she is with me…” Did she really mean it??? I again opened inbox of my mobile. There was no such message. It again sent shiver down my spine. While walking through the corridor a sudden cool breeze unsettled my hairs. I felt like its “My Piya’s” hand. Was it?? Really??? Rest of the day in the class was boring. Piya was sitting with me only but she was very upset may be because she became laughing stock instead of me. I thanked “My Piya” for saving me from that chilly burger. I now began to believe that “My Piya” is with me. In my hostel room, while sitting on the chair I was thinking about morning’s incidence. Is “My Piya” still with me?? Was there really a message from her or I was just imagining? Was she the one who pushed me when all the coffee spilled? I began to miss her very badly. They say true love never dies. I found myself scribble something on a piece of paper again. “I remember like it was yesterday, the day I first saw your face. I remember your smile so vividly, your beauty and your grace. But little did I know. I could not comprehend, that you would touch my life so much by becoming my best friend. Your hand embraced with mine, the star lit sky did see How, although my chest was pounding, I dropped down to one knee. I didn't think my heart had room, for my love to grow There's just no way to love you more, but how little did I know. The memories remain, yet those days are now long past. The time has gone so sweet and slow, but at the same time fast. My love for you is greater now, than it ever was before. But little do I know right now, how much I'll love you more.”
